For the safety and well-being of our guests and team, team members are not permitted to participate in the lifting and/or transferring of guests. We kindly ask all our guests requiring this type of assistance to bring a caregiver or other designated individual who will assist in these activities.

Face coverings are optional. If you would like your Service Provider to wear a mask for your service, please let us know either when you schedule the visit, or upon check in.

If any symptoms are present prior to your visit, we ask that you please stay home and reschedule your appointment after your symptoms have subsided. Please note that we do require notice of cancellation, and any no show appointments will charged.

Merchant Fee 3% for any card transactions. Guests may avoid this extra fee by paying in cash!

Please note that in order to redeem your Spalon gift card, you must present your physical gift card or a copy of your e-gift card at checkout.
