Pre-Visit Information:

We are so excited to welcome you back! Below you can find information on what you can expect at your next visit:

 

 

  • Safety Adjustment: A $5 adjustment will be added to each guest’s ticket in order to help offset the large investment in safety equipment, salon modifications and PPE for our teams. We hope to remove this fee as soon as the PPE and additional safety measures are no longer needed to keep our team and guests safe.  The safety fee is not meant to cover the additional expenses, but rather help offset them.  We look forward to bringing back our entire team and removing this fee in the very near future.

  • Massage guests are required to wear their mask for the entirety of the service.

  • You must arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.

  • Upon arrival, please send a text message with your first and last name to the appropriate location. We will send you a text back once your Service Provider is ready for you!

  • Please remain in your car while you wait.

  • Please wear your mask into the building. Once inside, you will go through a quick temperature check.

  • Only guests with scheduled appointments will be allowed in the building.  The only exception will be for those guests that have a caregiver.

  •   Parents of children receiving services are able to come in with their child. They will need to remain in the salon for the duration of their appointment, with their child at the station. 

  • If any symptoms or a temperature is present at the time of check in, we will not be able to service you. We ask that you please return home, and schedule an appointment after your symptoms have subsided for AT LEAST three consecutive days. You may be responsible for a portion of your service price if we do need to turn you away at the time of the appointment.

  • We will not be offering beverage service during this time. You may bring in your own beverage.

  • Nail guests will be unable to dry their natural manicures and pedicures.  We recommend bringing a light sweater for nail services, as we need to keep our space somewhat cool. 

  • No cash will be handled. Credit or debit card only. If you wish to tip in cash please have the amount you plan on tipping on hand. The front desk will not be able to break any larger bills for you.

As the State of Minnesota reopened last June, I was uncertain how I would feel about returning to the salon for a haircut or the spa for a facial. As I continued to read the thorough communication from Spalon regarding all the infectious disease precautions they were taking, it didn’t take me long to book my first appointment - followed by many more.

As a Nurse and former hospital administrator, I notice the gaps in infection control occurring around our community. During my visits to Spalon, I saw how they went above and beyond to keep their clients and employees safe. The check in process was well thought out and ensured safe distancing, temperatures were checked, masks worn appropriately by all and so much more. The Spalon staff was very intentional and meticulous around their precautions and successfully made everyone feel welcomed and safe, even the nurse with the watchful eye.

I have found Spalon to have better infection control precautions than many other local businesses. They have truly gone above and beyond to keep you healthy, beautiful and safe. Much Gratitude for all your efforts, they are appreciated and recognized! "

Curbside Pick-up Update:

As we continue to await our states guidelines for reopening we will not be taking any additional appointments at this time, however, we will be offering retail and gift card curbside pick-up.

 

Curbside pick-up will be offered Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays from 10 am until 4 pm.

 

To place a curbside order please email us with a return phone number and a list of products or gift cards needed.  Once your order has been fulfilled our curbside specialist will phone you for payment and pick up details.
